This is Sunny the Pie God
(Edit) Ok, so there was like no information I could write because I was in such a rush xD But now I'll give you guys a good explanation so you guys don't have to guess.
He has forward facing horns, an aqua-blue "I pie" hat, and pretty large wings. You probably noticed the "kawaii" tattoo, but Lukier sorta scratched it off xD. He has some-kind of grill/ribcage thing that helps him "make pies". The flame within him gets larger when he gets angrier. He also has some sort of "rage mode" where blue flames surround his talons, his eyes become bloodshot, and his grill/ribcage really starts shooting fire out.

Best not to get him angry...
That pie on his tail is supposedly the "worlds' best pie and whoever tastes it will taste their favorite flavor of pie, except 100000% better. If a mortal dessert-dragon were to taste the pie, they'll explode :3 _{PIE POWER}
